Charles Rice:  

Life I moved back to Oklahoma after H.S.graduation. I attended Sayre Jr College 1 year.I transferred to Southwestern State University, college of Pharmacy. I graduated in 1965 with B.S. in Pharmacy. I married a girl from Lawton, Oklahoma. We took a job in Irving,Texas for Skillern Drug Co.(owned by Zales Corp).We bought our first home there and had 2 children, both boys, 22 months apart in age. Their names Todd Rice and Bryan Rice. My wife was a teacher in the Irving School System. Both boys attended school there. I had the opportunity to buy Central Pharmacy in Altus, Oklahoma in 1980. I sold the pharmacy 25 years later due to my wifes health. Diana was diagnosed with breast cancer about 2 years ago. She had surgery, chemo and radiation. She goes for regular check-ups in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I wanted her to be close to her parents, who live in Branson, Missouri (actually Hollister, Mo.)Her 2 sisters and husbands live in the same area. We moved because I wanted her to be with the family that she loved dearly, just in case her life was cut short. If not, then we are in a great place to be retired or semi-retired. There are alot of nice lakes here to trout fish in. Also other lakes such as Tablerock Lake and Bull Shoals. Lake Taneycomo is the trout lake.
