Donald (Butch) Montgomery:  

rked various manual labor positions. August 1983 to June 1986 worked a saleperson for L.Strauss Big and Tall Mens Clothing. June 1986 to November 1989 worked for Prudential Service Bureau as a medical claims examiner November 1989 to September 1991 worked at the Handleman Co as Marketing/Merchandising Rep August 1995 to November 1997 employed with the Jefferson County Public Schools as a teacher. I taught US History, Business Ed, and Social Studies. Since November 1997 I have been employed with Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Companies as Personal Lines Property and Casualty Underwriter 1st, and now as an Underwriting Field Representative. I currently have a seat as a Board of Director for the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators (NSPII) and I am presently serving as the Kentucky Chapter's Secretary. I have served in several capacities for the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC)on a national level and have enjoyed the knowledge that I have gained from others and the friendship that I have developed with other insurance professionals through my NAMIC affiliations. I take great pride in the fact that I am a past recipient of the NAMIC Merit Society's National Service Award and that I am the only recipient ever from the State of Kentucky.
