Interests If you are like me, you have worked hard all your life and have sacrificed your own desires in order to benefit your children and family. Now, like many our age, you are ready to enjoy the fruits of your work - ready to recapture those desires of your youth. Maybe you want to purchase that classic car. You know - the one you wanted when you were young, but couldn't afford. Or maybe it's travel that entices you - you deferred so many vacations when you were younger. But there is one thing you are going to have to deal with - and money alone won't fix it. You don't look the same and perhaps you don't feel the same. That is why I started GetFitBoomer which is website where is our mission to help you with inspiration, motivation, coaching, suggestions and information on how to achieve your goals. We are not selling any products, equipment, club memberships or video presentations. We are only a support group who want to help you have that body you always wanted, but were too busy to attain. Life Married in 1969 to the former Mary Kathleen Campbell, we have two sons, William 44 and James 37. After several successful careers in New York, we now live in the Nashville Tennessee area. I attended St. Helens High School from 1958 to 1962. I was one of those who commuted to the Bronx from my home in Queens, NY. I attended SUNY Farmingdale from 1962 thru 1965. In 1962 I was in the Construction Technology program and in 1963 changed majors to Engineering Science, which meant starting over. Graduated from SUNY Farmingdale in 1965, and attended SUNY Stony Brook for a few months. Later I attended John Jay College part time from 1971 to 1977, when I graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice.
