Life
Hi Everyone!
After graduating in 1979 I went to UM Missoula as a forestry major, intending to become a naturalist or something like that. However, I spent all my time in the music department, so I switched my major to vocal performance after a year and studied voice with Esther England. I won the 1985 Great Falls Young Artist competition and sang "Ritorna vincitor!" from Verdi's *Aida* with the Great Falls symphony - it was AMAZING! And that was pretty much the high point of my singing career. lol

nue my vocal studies, and in 1988 I entered the UT Austin masters program. I did not complete my degree, and moved to Germany in 8/92 where I lived and worked (doing an occasional audition on the side) until my return to the states in 12/94. While in Germany I met my sweetheart, a Ph.D. paleontologist from NJ, who was teaching geology in Germany. We dated long distance for 10 years until he moved in with me down here in SoCal 9/04.
I make my living working with computers and still have a paid soloist position at a liberal, laid-back church.
I'm loving life!
