Donna's Story
My husband and I were happily married for 48 years before he passed in 2017. We had a wonderful life together and were blessed with 4 children, 9 grandkids, 3 great-grands and have another on the way.
After my husband retired we sold our home, bought a fifth wheel and spent 10-11 years seeing our country. My favorite adventure was the summer we spent in Alaska.

Duke Medical Center. I remained in Cary for a few years after his death (because one of our sons lived nearby with his family), but I recently moved back to Missouri to be closer to my other 3 kids. It’s easier to go to visit one family than to travel and get around to visit 3 families.
I bought a condo on Lake of the Ozarks and love it here, even though the pandemic has limited what I can do. I’ve been able to see my family fairly often and that makes me happy.
