Donna's Story
Wow!!! What a wild ride! My life is amazingly full today. I have a wonderful husband, two great dogs that I consider my kids and an amazing career. I work for a staffing firm as an area manager helping people find employment. In the last five years, I have been given so many opportunities to experience life to it's fullest. My husband and I have gone to Thailand, Cambodia, and Laos in the last three years which has changed me culturally. I have also been able to take my mother to Hawaii this past year....not someplace I want to go back any time soon. I am much more fond of South East Asia with it's awesome culture and beautiful beaches...not ...Expand for more
to mention, it's CHEAP to vacation in South East Asia.
I recently decided to go back to school to get my bachelors degree in business. Yes...20 years later. I made the worst mistake of my life by attending a business college right after high school - 2 years, 10K later, all I have to show for it is a diploma in accounting - not even a degree.
For those of you who knew me in high school, I have changed! I now volunteer with the OC Probation department where I work with troubled kids in juvenile hall. Who would have guessed!
