Donna's Story

I graduated from central in 1962. Graduated from teachers college in 1964 and got married to Whitey Gomme.I taught school for 2 years in Aberdeen while Whitey attended University. We then lived in Saskatoon and had 3 children. In 1970 we moved to Whitehorse and lived there for 8 years and added another child. Then in 1978 moved to Edmonton area .on an acreage at Devon. h graduating with my Ed degree I had chosen early education. I bought a daycare and later a dayhome agency which I am still involved in. We have 8 grand children . Some have come to live with us while attending University so life is still busy We do go south to Palm Springs for the winter and have several Saskatchewan and Alberta friends we meet there. Most important we are happy and healthy We are located still in Edmonton. Great to keep in touch.

We had the experience of seeing Blow Wind a play presented at Rosthern theatre. Very well done. A drama about a family facing dementia and the trying experience on how to a just and deal. Funny but sad!
We are in Roatan weather great. Our place is called Keyhoe Bay because th area you see is formed like a key hole. Pool is 92. This is the sand area below the pool.

If you want a girly read I recommend this book. Talk go Reise Wetherspoom doing a movie. Good for book club discussion.
Evening at Woody,s . Great light jazz. All the oldies.
Evening at Palm Canyon Theater where we saw Guys and Dolls. Wonderful production.
