My Spouse
I was married on August 25, 2007 - it was a wonderful gathering of friends and family, including 4 grandkids (2 of mine, 2 of his) :) :) :)
My Pets
2 Cats and 2 Dogs..... have had the kitties for many years now...they're awesome... and dogs came along with husband... they're german shorthairs and are also awesome...love 'em all.
My Kids
Andy is 28, married to Traci (she's adorable)and living in Salt Lake City; they have a beautiful almost 2 year old, Etta Lyn ( I LOVE being a Grandma!)her little brother Gibson, 4 months. Scott is 22 and has been in the Navy for 4 1/2 years.. he just returned from Brazil and will be home for the New Year...yeahoooo. Jason is an 19 year old mu...Expand for more
sic & computer genius - and has found his niche with a great job - and has moved out - for the first time in 29 year... I have not kids at home!!! It's quiet...and the "empty nest" is fine and dandy.
My Job
I'm an Administrative Secretary for the Town of Truckee - Community Development Dept.... great people to work with, great environment, pay and benefits...yet another wootyhoo in my life.
Workplace
After 6 1/2 years in the casino business (IT and HR departments), I found a new job at the Town of Truckee in December '05. I have been there almost 2 years now, have learned a lot about the planning and community development worlds...and am grateful every day for the having a wonderful job.
