Donna's Story
Life
After graduation I worked as a secretary for a little over 2yrs.for the Employment Security office in Summersville,W.Va. In January of 1972 I met my husband who was a 1966 graduate of Rupert High School! When we met he was employed with APCO which is now known as AEP(american electric power). He worked for them 31&1/2yrs. June 2001 he left AEP and is now a man of all TRADES..
We were married on April 1st, 1972. We celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary this past April. The good Lord has blessed us with a wonderful family which has expanded in the past few years.

made us grandparents to Elaina Rose, age 7 and Marshall Allen, age 2. Being a grandmother has fullfilled my life more than I ever knew possible. The kids have brought a fresh and new love to our marriage. Bet you other grandparents know what I'm talking about!
I still love to sing, but I've had some serious health problems which motivated me to learn a host of other things. I love crafting. Especially crocheting and painting. Singing always came natural but the other things have taken WORK!! I have never had to work outside the home so I am now teaching myself to do a few things on the computer. I'm determined not to become a bored middle age housewife!<smile>!
