Donna's Story
Life
Moved from Seattle, to Washington DC to work for federal government and VP Gore. Got tired of the rat race and moved to upstate NY to start my own freelance writing business and Creative Memories scrapbooking business. I enjoy my life so much and love spending time with my 3 children (Kyle, Skyler and Jolie). The kids are all involved in music, theatre and sports. Roger and I enjoy working in our vegetable and flower gardens and traveling to see historic sites.
School
I enjoyed high school but was ready to move on. Graduated college with a degree in Communicat...Expand for more
ions and Theatre, did semi-professional and professional theatre for several years before settling into my "real" job.
Workplace
I worked for the IRS for several years in Seattle and was promoted to Washington, DC as a Public Affairs Specialist. Decided to "do my own thing" and became a self-employed writer (editor of a monthly parents publication, freelance writer for local paper, award-winning newspaper columnist) and then I started a Creative Memories Scrapbooking business. Last year I earned a week long trip to the Carribean for myself and my husband through CM.
