Donna's Story
I was one of those who entered the nursing school at the Royal Alex, graduating in 1960. During our earlier years of marriage, John and I lived on the west coast, then in several cities in Alberta. I was a professional nurse for 25 years, retiring in 1982. We moved to a parcel of land east of Edmonton and stayed put for 20 years, raising 4 daughters.

travel with our RV coach. We live in Mazatlan, Mexico, every winter, and spent the rest of the year seeing family and catching up with friends all over North America.
I am a professional artist and make my 'pin' money by doing commission paintings for others. I take their photos with me to Mexico and return in the Spring with the finished product. In my spare time I do up paintings to sell in galleries in Mexico.
