Dorothy's Story
Well as most of you know we graduated June 64 and my family moved to St. Andrew's Airport that July, much to my dismay. I attended business college there, and met my husband in 1965. He joined the RCMP, and we begain to move to other places, Ottawa twice, Peace River AB, lastly Regina SK (which I really enjoyed) After his early retirement he worked for the Prov. of SK briefly and we returned to Saskatoon for 2 years. ired to the country in a little resort community called Gimli about 1 hr. North of Wpg. All this time moving around the country I spent the first 5 years working in the banking industry and while in AB became a dental assistant, and later Dental office manager in Regina and Winnipeg. During that time we had two children the oldest a boy and the youngest a girl. Both live in Manitoba and I have 3 grandchildren. Keep myself busy sailing, working on Art projects, and as a director of the Wpg. Beach Art+ Culture Coop/ WAVE tour.
