I am the middle child of a family of 11 children, We are scatered all over the United States and I am in WV I have lived here since 1969. I left Gold Beach 6 week before Graduation and later got a GED and went on to West Virgina Northern community College where I took Accounting and Culinary Arts. tared my own catering business while still driving the school bus. I ran Dot's Catering for 15 years. Sold the Bilding and ground in 1995 and closed the business, I didn't want anyone to use my name or pretend it was the same business. I was proud of the job we had done and the business we had created. I didn't want anyone to damage my reputation. I am now retired and work as a subtute cook for the same school system.
