Joe's Story
Life
I am married to Dottie (Hada), have two kids and thier spouses, Travis and Kathy and Amanda and Marc . Am living three miles S.W. of Alva OK. on the farm where I was raised. I have mostly retired from farming except for running a few summer calves and fixing fence. I work at Value Added Products (VAP)which makes pizza crusts. I'm in maintenance which means that I work on and maintain the French, German and American equipment. I used to think that German and French engineering was high quality until I've been repair...Expand for more
ing (re-engineering) the equipment lines. The America equipment is least likely to break down.
I've been on the Woods Co. Farm Bureau board of directors for 31 years and president of the board 8 years. I've been on a rural water board for over 5 years and was elected (railroaded really) chairman.I retired off the board in 2003. I'm also a volunteer on the Greenleaf Fire Department. Our fire station is 15 miles NW of Alva. OH YES ! We have three beautiful granddaughters . Write me and let me know what you are up to. Joe
