I've immersed myself in the world of performance and nutrition since I was a kid. I remember in Jr. High trying to explain how consuming carbohydrates/protein controls blood levels of insulin/glucagon post-meal and how they effect fat storage. That's the story of my life. I grew up in a warehouse gym, now I co-own Faction Strength and Conditioning here in Memphis. We train athletes and non-athletes to move better and get in shape! It's hard training and it's not cheap which is nice for us because that means we get a pretty high quality crowd here. Not many people will pay big money just to have someone work them really hard and then turn out to be a D-bag. :-)".
