Douglas's Story
Life
My wife Janet, Auggie(black lab), Ebony(black cat), and I moved to Helena, MT in August of 1999.
After 40 years in the Puget Sound area, we decided that was enough.
Since the move to Helena, we've added a couple more members to our happy family;
A chocolate lab, Josephine, and a white cat, Ivory.
Janet and I will have been married 10 years in June of 2004.
Yes, I waited a LONG time!
Our pets are our "kids", and we treat them as such,
seeing as the good Lord has not blessed us with any children....yet.

ed up back in Washington, Mount Vernon to be specific.
We bought a big-ass-boat that's moored in La Conner, and had to move west since the commute from Helena to Mount Vernon was a killer.
Still no kids, and it's not going to happen now, so as before, our pets are our kids.
We are down to one canine, "Sadie Lady" a 13-/12 year old Plott Hound that picked us out versus the other way around.
Janet is working at an accounting firm in Bellingham, and I'm working from home for the same company I worked with in Helena doing CAD and GIS design work.
