Douglas's Story
Life
For the most part, everything has gone as planned. I successfully graduated from both high school & college. I selected a general major as an undergraduate attending then graduating from Alfred University in Criminology. I began my employment career at Mt. Sinai Medical Center. I began doing IT-related post back work at The New School for Social Research. I moved from investigations to Network & work station security software with LAN Shadow. I transitioned to MIS initially with a textile company. I began working dual work roles with supplemental employment at Barnes and Noble.com. I retained the B&N.com position then moved from a textile company to a financial institution in Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Afte...Expand for more
r being experienced, the opportunity presented itself to become a consultant which I accepted. There have been several different assignments. On March 2004, the client offered a package which I gladly accepted. As expected, my life bio has been mostly work oriented. Work occupies so much time that I made the most of it. Overall, I am quite pleased with how life worked itself out. If I had the chance to change anything prior, I would have started working after high school graduation for a year, then enrolled at The New School for Social Research.
