Douglas's Story
Life
I am married to Joan and live in the community of Wadena, a town in north central Minnesota. I have 4 children, 3 daughters and 1 son. My son is the youngest and is Intramural Sports Director for Winthrop University in Rock Hill SC. The oldest daughter, Nadine is a Human Resource Director for a local Mfg Company. The second daughter, Nichole is married with three wonderful sons and works in early childhood developement. ocal hospital. In my spare time I go ice fishing in the winter, motorcycling and fishing in the summer. And I enjoy spending time with my grandsons and granddaughter as much as I can.
College
After graduating from High School I attended Rochester Junior College,and Central Lakes Community College.
Workplace
I am semi-retired and do some part time driving.
I worked in the transportation field as a Motor Carrier Compliance and Safety Officer for the last 20 years . Also a dispatcher for 6 years and driver for 12 years.
