Dwayne's Story
Life
Hello, class of '93! I got married in 1996. Graduated Texas Tech in 2000 with a BS in Computer Science. Laid off shortly before Sept 11 fiasco, and have spent the last 2 years as a stay at home dad.
I am currently working on my Masters in Adult and Higher education with a specilization in Computer Science to be completed in about a year. Plan to teaching community college for awhile and then start work on my Doctorate in Assistive Technology.
Till then . . . who knows.
School
Started out at Arnett Elementary, where I attended until 2nd grade. Transferred to Roosevelt Elementary and graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1993.
College

uter Science. Graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science in 2000. Currently working on my Masters in Adult and Higher Education with an emphasis in Computer Science a the University of Texas at San Antonio. From there, plans are to get my Doctorate in Software Engineering.
Workplace
While in college, I owned an operated a small technical support company. DidnÂt make much money, but paid for some college and allowed me to eat while going to school. Right before graduation, I was hired on at Valtech Technologies in Addison, TX, where I was placed at Southwest Airlines as a consultant. Shortly before Sept 11, I was laid off and I remained unemployed for 16 months. In December 2002, I accepted a position as Project Manager with the City of San Antonio Aviation Department, where I am still working today.
