Life
I am living In San Francisco with my "life partner", Nicola. Our daughter Ruthie is a freshman at Skidmore College. In her better moods she is having an "east coast experience." Actually, most of the time I think East Coast" means, "as far away from the parents" as she can get!
I switched to addiciton medicine-after 16 years in the ER. I decided I wanted to get to the root of the problem. Don't how successful that change was...kind of got derailed by spinal cord injury. Aside from the child, we have two horses and a dog. The dog, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is beautiful but stupid. And, no, the horses don't live with us in the city. Since my accident I have really enjoyed being able to drive my horse in a buggy.
Oh, yes and I am still "queer." Having been voted the most "nonconforming" the the senior class seem to me a euphemism for geing gay. I ran into the male receipent of this award in a Gay bar in Key West in the 80's. Go find your yearbook and see who that was. Then write me
