Life
Not really a lot new with me. Still up to pretty much the same stuff I was into in school. Main difference is that I've just got more toys.
After school I decided that roadracing motorcycles would be fun. That was fun for about 13 years or so. I helped teach racing school after I retired to get a fix and see my friends at the track. I still have 11 of the motorcycles(and a 2" shorter spine) and maybe one day I'll ride a couple of them again!
Ended up running the service dept at the shop I used to race out of. The drive back and forth to Auburn was getting pretty old so I decided that driving back and forth to Newnan would be a good idea. I timed that one just right. I quit my job one month before 9/11 and...Expand for more
the economy came to a halt.
Took a few years off to walk the Earth like Kane from Kung-Fu and travel and stuff. I ended up getting into the car business for a while. It's an easy job but the hours are horrible. I couldn't imagine doing it with wives and kids and stuff.
My latest hobby is speed boats. I got my first boat last year and have been making it faster ever since. And as my timing usually is I decide to get into boating during a drought when all of our water is heading to Florida to keep some carp and shells alive.
The boating and bike season is over now (Nov) so it's time to tie up all my yard work and stuff so I can stay inside until it's warm again.
