Earl's Story
Born and raised in Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn, New York and was a part of the first 7th Grade Class of the newly opened Whitelaw Reid Junior High School 57. From there attended Franklin K. Lane, High School, Brooklyn, New York. In 1965 enlisted into the United State Air Force and served a one year tour of duty in Vietnam (March 1968 to March 1969), and the recipient of the Bronze Star Medal for service in the Republic of South Vietnam. Attended and graduated from New York University undergraduate Stern School of Business and Stern Graduate School of Business with a BS in Accounting and MBA in Finance and Taxation in 973 and 1975 respectively. In 1984 became a Certified Public Accountant Licensed in the State of New York and the District of Columbia. Currently retired and was the former Senior Vice President of the University of the District of Columbia and the Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer Medgar Evers College, City University of New York, Brooklyn, New York.
