Earl's Story
After graduation, I attended UMSL and graduated with a BA in 1970. My first job was in social work with the 22nd Judicial Circuit/Juvenile Div. Our team developed and administered community based programs for juveniles under our jurisdiction due to pre criminal or delinquent behavior.
My wife, Alice, and I were married in 1971 and just celebrated 45 years.
In 1974, I found myself at a career crossroads with a decision to either stay and return to school to earn an MSW or leave the field completely. I chose the latter which established the rest of my professional career in sales and sales management.

tor, I received an assignment to manage out operation in Peoria, IL in 1993. We had two boys by that time. Our older son, Eric, was a senior at DuBourg that year and we were blessed that he could remain in St. Louis with family and finish out there.
I retired from UPS, who bought out our company, in 2013.
We have two grandchildren who we see often and are the great joys of our lives.
I am on the Board of Directors for a local Not For Profit based here in Morton. Our organization, Heart of Morton, works with young adults with cognitive disabilities after they have completed high school. Like us on FB and check us out at heartofmorton.org.
We are active in our church and within the Morton community. It's a great place to live.
