My picture - yes it's the Little Mermaid in Copenhagen, taken a few years ago shortly after they finished repairing her after she was blasted off her rock. They had built a walkway out to do the repairs and there was a celebration before they took down the temporary access walk. It ended quickly when it started pouring rain as seen in the dots on the lens. Life After graduation I had a choice of Claremont Mens in California or U of Hawaii since my folks wanted me to get away from home for a while. Of course I went to Honolulu, everything went well till I got a second motorcycle and stopped going to most classes. End of the year came home and started classes at Everett JC but draft was calling and my six year deferment (remember the draft test?) was blown by flunking out of UofH so went to USAF (we'll take you this week) and USCG (we'll take you next month) so I went Coast Guard for the next 23 years. Got commissioned in 1971 and retired in 1989. After retirement and my wife's graduation from UCLA Law School we moved back to Seattle and lived on west side of Queen Anne.
