Ed's Story
Life
Short story that I hope is not to boring:
Graduated PHS in 1966
U.S.M.C. in 1967; Vietnam, November 1967 - January 1969
LMU; B.S. - 1972; first marriage, two children: Clabe & Kelli (later)
ETSU; M.A. - 1973
Note: Clabe (31) lives in Hawaii and Kelli (28) lives in Seattle, WA. They're much smarter than their Dad; i.e., Clabe has an Electrical Engineering degree with a MBA and Kelli has a M.A. in Art Therapy.
I've migrated from two years public school teaching to fifteen years with Amoco, two years with DNV and sixteen years with Unocal; now Chevron Corporation.
Second marriage; 1993 with Ratana (Thai citizen), which produced two more...Expand for more
wonderful children, Arisa (11) and Adam (6). Thank God that all four children look like their Mothers.
Have had opportunities to live and work in Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Denver, Los Angeles, Senegal, Thailand, Indonesia, Georgia (Former Soviet Union), Azerbaijan, Houston and now Kuwait. My four younger brothers think I'm absolutely insane for not "coming home" to live. Some day they may understand that I am home.
We have a home in Chiang Mai, Thailand and that's where we will semi-retire in 3 - 4 years. Gotta keep busy to ensure continued blood circulation.
