Ed's Story
Born in Beaumont. Lived on Dellwood Lane. Attended All Saints Episcopal Elementary School, George Marshall Jr. High, and 3 years of Forest Park HS. In 1972 after my junior year, we relocated to Northern Virginia and I spent my senior year at W. T. Woodson HS in Annandale, VA where I met my wife Daphne. t of deepwater oil production sytems for Exxon Co. USA in New Orleans until 1994. We relocated to Raleigh, NC where I did environmental consulting before starting a new career with NC Emergency Management. In 2008 I relocated to the San Francisco Bay area to work for the Federal Emergency Management Agency where I managed production
of flood insurance rate maps and supported state response to several major hurricane and wildfire disasters.
