After I finished High School I managed to get into College at Barrington College in Barrington R.I. in the late summer/fall of 1980. Unfortunately my financial ability to continue at College lasted only thru January of 1982 when I had to leave College and head back to Florida to live with my Mother. I must say 1982 stands out as the worst year of my life and to have any prospects at a life I was forced to join the US Army, which I did in December of 1982. I survived boot camp and my transportation course. I was interested in being an Army truck driver. My first assignment was in Mannheim Germany for a year and a half. After leaving Germany for Ft Lewis Wahington I had the worst case of homesickness ever in my life. I realized how much I missed Germany. After ending my 3 years of required active duty service, I decided finishing up my College education at the University of Tampa. I began there in the Winter/Spring Semester of 1986 and continued thru the Fall Semester of 1987. At this time I had enough credits to Graduate with some college Credits I picked up in the Army. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Majoring in Philosophy. By this time I was sick of living in Florida and knew I was going to get out. The economy was doing very well in the Boston MA area so I headed to Boston in January of 1988. I have only been back to Florida since to visit my brothers who shill live in Florida.
