Edward's Story
After Wasson, I went to Colorado Mines, left school, into Army, Corps of Engineers, Viet Nam and then back to school. But, got very ill and never did graduate.
I moved up to Gunnison to manage a branch office for my Father's Engineering Firm and spent a year getting my health back. I really liked Gunnison (even better after I learned the value of a Union Suit), the people, things to see, lots of geology (rocks are good), lots of pictures to take, cross-country skiing.
I have been living in Grand Junction since 1977. Married a little late, almost 30, 2 children, Son is adopted, living in Phoenix. Daughter is in Seattle. No Grand Kids yet. Still have hopes.
I have my own Engineering Firm, El...Expand for more
aine,my wife is my bookkeeper and partner. This has worked well for us.
Elaine & I like to travel in Western Colorado, Utah and to see the Kids. Lots & lots of Photos. I still spend a lot of time behind the lense.
I have always found a slightly harder way to do things. I suppose this will never change.
Update 9-9-2010============
My daughter married a most agreeable man a month ago. They will be living in the Seattle Area so Elaine & I will continue the trips in that direction.
I had joined the Ivywild school community several months ago. I spent the majority of childhood on Navajo Place. I had attended Ivywild for K thru 6th Grade and then up to South Junior. A lot of pleasant memories.
