Edward's Story
Life
Since I left High School my life has taken very many twists and turns. I became a professional chef and worked in quite a few really nice restaurants. I once made a private dinner for Denzel Washington and some friends as well as taking care of a few production parties and funraiser events.
Currently, I'm living in Sweden and am studying to become a Lutheran priest in the Church of Sweden. We live in a town where the first great king of Sweden has his castle.
About 13 years ago I married my wife Anette, who just happens to be Swedish. We have a lot of children (5) ranging from 21 - 10 years old.
Besides studying I travel around different parts of Sweden speaking about different aspects about relationships. My real interests are in teaching aobut how to lay the foundation for a great relationship, frienship and how to know if a person is the "right one". This is something that has meant a lot to me.
If you remember anything about me from High School, then you'd know that I was very involved in a lot of different things. i'm still that way. I am a confirmation leader, play a few instruments, paint, take pictures, tell stories, dive etc
I guess that I could sum things up by saying that i really do love life. I am happy with who I am and I gues that gives me something to be thankful for
ha det bra och vi hörs (take it easy and well hear from each other)

my biggest crush was on three people BQ, KW and Steph C. I'll leave the guess work to you. the very first girl that I liked was SL.It was supposed to be a secret but I told my friend Ray and he blabbed it to her. so much for that. we remained friends though so all was not lost.
The high school teacher that inspried me the most was probably Mr Kahn. he treated...Expand for more
me with respect and that meant a lot to me. he helped me to discover things about myself that have helped greatly in life.
one of the coolest things that I remember is when the Communist party came and demostrated in front of the school. So many students turned out to oppose them. WE even took the large flag from the auditorium and waved it around. There were students from every group, Blacks, Whites, Asians, Latinos, Native Americans etc and all that mattered on that day was that we went to Oakland High and were proud to be Americans. Okay we were naive and crazy but it was a good day to be a high school student.
grad nite was awesome. it was one of the best things about the senior year. In fact the senior year had a lot of highlights for that time in my life. I couldn't believe that someone like Josephine Gin actually agreed to go the Prom with me. She was so beautiful and she actually said yes. I don't know if I ever told her but I was really happy that night. But now I have no idea what happened to her.
in fact in spite of the negative things, I would actually do it all over again. I don't even think that I would want to change very many things. I had a lot of good friends at OHS. People like Panzy Dong, Rita Chan, John Siu, John Johns, Gary Wong, Virginia Jew, Susie Chin, Donald Au ...
so many of my friends that I had back in Westlake followed to OHS so I guess that I had a good start.
i wonder whatever happened to Gary Wong. He was a really good friend. He and his two sisters Laura and Dale.
okay I'm starting to reminisce
see ya
College
I guess that since I'm going to a university in Sweden I will have to wait until I graduate in two years with my Masters. it would be easier to just ask me about college life here.
