Edward's Story

Life I worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 30 years, mostly in Memphis, Tennessee and moved to South Carolina after retirement. As for getting away, I like the mountains of East Tennessee and western North Carolina. I enjoy reading as a hobby. I have read all of John Grisham's novels. I also have a good collection of Lewis Grizzard's books - his books could always make me laugh. Additionally, I have collected old baseball cards - 1952 Topps are my favorite. They are expensive but they are my favorite. As for eating out, breakfast is my favorite meal. A breakfast of country ham or sausage, eggs and grits is pretty hard to beat! I also like the seafood that is served in Columbia and/or Myrtle Beach or Charleston. 001 - just about 10 days before the tragic 9/11 terrorist attack on the Twin Towers. I'm divorced. I don't have any children. I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes in November, 2002 but I am managing it real well. I go on some trips some of the time and I will work Sudoku puzzles some of the time to exercise my mind. I am now working a more advanced level of Sudoku puzzles, the fiendish ones. They require a lot more analysis but I enjoy working them!!!! Right now I am trying to work some really genius level Sudoku puzzles and they are giving me a fit!! I have established a bucket list of things to do before I die. I accomplished one of them in 2005 when I drove up to Mount Mitchell the highest point east of the Mississippi River. Workplace I retired from Internal Revenue Service in 2001. I retired from The Fresh Market in February, 2014.
