My Spouse
After serving in the U.S. Marines, I received a football scholarship at Santa Ana College in California and my wife was the Homecoming Queen. I spotted her in her first class at SAC and in the on-campus hangout walked up to her and asked if she was a Republican or Democrat. I told her I was doing a survey and that's how we connected. I got her phone number and it moved from there. Seven monhs later we were married. By the way, the survey was a hoax to meet her.

son, Dean, is a hunk and teaches the fifth grade. He and his wife, Rachel, have given Dixie and me two beautiful grandsons, Jacob 8, and Luke 6. Dean is the most incredible good son a person could have.
My Job
I'm a Televison News Anchor hosting a nightly TV News Magazine Show on KOCE-TV in Huntington Beach, CA. For over 30 years I was a Sportscaster in Los Angeles. I'm also the on-camera announcer for Dr. Robert Schuller's internationally syndicated "Hour of Power" Religious program.
