Life
I arrived at Rainier for 8th grade in December 1974. The school had recently burned down, so we had to attend classes in the portables...wasn't that fun? My first day, Jim E. and I were chucking ice balls at each other between classesÂ
until he hit me in the eye with one...despite that, we rapidly became best friends. We lost touch with each other years ago and I just found him using this siteÂ

I worked at the Lacey ÂJack-in-the-Box through my Senior YearÂ
thatÂs where I met Manny in 1978. After dating for 2 years, Manny and I married December 29, 1980Â

My job at ÂJack lasted 16 months and although I had fun there, that could...Expand for more
nÂt last forever. I pumped gas around Lacey for a while and then decided IÂd better get a job that would lead to a future. I signed up on the Delayed Enlistment Program with the Air Force 2 days after Manny and I marriedÂ
no reflection on her!
Rather than bore you with the details of my 20 years in the Air Force here in the bio, take a look at my assignments in the military section. If any of you have kids that are not sure what to do with their lives, the Air Force has a lot to offer.
Manny and I have three boys; Michael, 20; Daniel, 18 and Stephen, 15. Mike is in college at the University of South Carolina (USC). Daniel graduated high school this year and will also attend USC. Stephen will continue with his high school classes this Fall.
