Elba's Story
Life
I met my spouse, Brian P.Hall, at
Santa Clara University where he was my professor and I was completing my Master in Counseling Psychology. I have been working with him around the world as an executive coach and educator using his theory and practice of measurement of human values.

My Pets
My cat Shadow came to me after one
year of negotiations/conversations with a friend. I
live in the redwood forests of Santa
Cruz California and needed help with the mice.
Well, now Shadow brings in not just
semi alive mice but...Expand for more
rabbits, bats and
squirrels. I care enough about him
now that I joke about now qualifying
for American citizenship(I believe
only Americans go crazy w/pets)
My Job
It matches my strengths yet there is
always a learning curve. My clients
self select to those open to learning
about themselves. We accomplish
this together thru an indepth look at
their values priorities. Relationships
grow deep and personal. I have
traveled and worked in Europe,
Scandinavia, Phillipines, Australia,
Canada, Japan, Colombia,Mexico
and my favorite Malta.
