Elisa's Story
Life
WOW! It's going to be nice catching up!
Well since leaving Lemoore, so much has happened. I went to Lemoore high for about a full year. Ended up in Fresno jumping from house to house. I met my first husband in Fresno and soon decided the valley was no longer for us, after dating 2 years. We got pregnant before moving out of the area. Had our daughter at Community Hospital in Hanford. We had our daughter in Nov. '95', married Christmas Eve that same year, and 2 days later he was in boot camp with the beloved Corps.
In May of '96' we were stationed in 29 Palms Ca. That same year around Oct. we found out we were pregnant with our son, and he arrived to us in May of '96'. Meantime my ex was serving his country deployed in Okinawa Japan.
Of course we moved around some as we became apart of the military.
We stayed married for 9 years, but were seprated 3 years prior. I was working for Rite Aid as a district manager at the time. I was dating for about a year and half to a handful of men, in which I found my true love.
Mike and I married in '04', 2 weeks after my ex and I divorced. He is in the Navy serving as American's finest corpsman! We have a beau...Expand for more
tiful baby girl May of last year. We currently live in Japan and God knows where we are headed off to next.
I currently own a business from home which allows me to be at home with my children. We live a natural life, and homeschool our children. WE are currently learning the Japanese lanuage, and are sucking up as much as we can here in Japan! We are hoping to stay here another 4 years but who knows. Yep that's my life, I made a drastic change for the better and am looking forward to everyday I have with my family.
Military
We have an update! My husband got orders to go to San Diego. He will be there in Sept 08 and will quickly deploy that same month to Gitmo (for 6 mths). I have one of 2 options; go to San diego or my home of residents. I'm currently weighing the options and by so far looks like home weighs more. It would surely be nice to see everyone's faces again. Maybe if I'm lucky, my family will throw a welcome back party and I can invite some old school mates in whom I look forward to seeing.
Oh the good ol life in the military! There will be many changes occuring in the next year. I totally look forward every single one of them! So we shall see!
