Elizabeth's Story
Life
Elizabeth was born April 4, 195x, in Chicago, IL. Her parents were married around 1955 and mother (deceased 3/26/1997). Elizabeth graduated from Fenger High School (Chicago) in 3 years in August 1975. Her actually graduation date should have been in June 1976. She entered Bishop College 1975 (Dallas Texas)at the age of 17 years old. Her college roomates were Joanne (I think from Kentucky?) La Kayle (only child from Waco, Texas and Carol from Chicago.
Elizabeth loved Bishop College and married (Dennis Cole)her Chicago boyfriend during her 2nd semester of her sophmore year. Elizabeth left Bishop College in 1978. She graduated from Elmhurst College in 1981. Eliz & Dennis had 2 daughters named Denise and Colina. Elizabeth raised Denise and Colina as a single parent when the girls were 3 and 4 years old respectively. Her proudest moment was to see both daughters graduate from college in 2000 within 2 weeks of each other.Currently, I reside in IL and look forward to returning to Florida hopefully, in 2009. ago in 3 Years. The craziest thing which occurred while I was in High School. I accepted a ride home in the pouring rain from a stranger who I think was about 5 to 8 years older than me. He dropped me off at my front door and then said to me as I was getting out of the car. Please do not ever except a ride from someone you do not know his intentions may not be honerable as mine are. I thanked the stranger and exited from his vehicle. He waved goodbye. While a Bishop I had a wonderful surrogate Brother from South Carolina and his was in a fraternity named Phi Beta Sigma while I attended Bishop College in Dallas Texas from August 75 to March 1978. Ronald Peterson was his name and he was a Phi Beta Sigma and was like a brother to me. He was such a great and honorable gentleman that I have been looking for during the last 25 years. I was hoping that he would have registerd on the classmates so we could renew our friendship and talk about old times. I married during my 2nd semester at Bishop College. Ronald was so angry after he heard that I married that he stopped speaking to me. Once he heard that I had been injured by my husband at the time now my ex he came running to offer assistance. It would make me so happy to find him again.
