Elizabeth's Story
Hello , It's a little strange trying to put so much of the evolution of my life into a few sentences but , I'll try.
I'm one of the lucky woman who young in life found my soul-mate .I was 18 years of age and going to Fresno City College and My David was just out of College with an engineering degree .His father was my eye doctor and he introduced us (set us up really lol) and the rest as they say is history.
So, I'll start there.
I've been married 38 years . David and I are blessed with three daughters . Our Daughters are grown women with wonderful lives .We are blessed to have two grand children .

then with a military base in Colorado where we've lived the last 25 years
My husband and I decided to retire together last year. So, we are settling into the adjustments retirement brings. One good part about our retirement is that many of our friends also retired so, we all take trips and do community service together and that's fun.
I have no idea what really prompted me to want to reconnect with those who knew me during the most ackward years of my life . Maybe ,it was just to stand at the top of my metaphoric hill and to wave a flag in triumph a say "I made it guys into happy adulthood " and as for my adolescent experience I came through it and I hope you made it to the top of your hill too.
Life is a real journey and for all it's ups and downs
