Life
Well, it's certainly been a long time, yet I still look back nostalgically at those years at Hope High School.
Since that time, I graduated from URI, went to Israel to live and teach English, came back to take care of my Dad after Mom died, taught in Rhode Island for a while, married and moved to California, had 2 great kids, got a masters degree in Special Education, and continued teaching either English or Hebrew to groups, or in private practice to special needs kids and adults. For some time (about 10 years) I was also a "Chazzan" (cantor) at local synagogues, and I do continue to use music in both teaching and in performance now and again. That's pretty much it in a nutshell. Life is good here in the "golden state". (Yes, we DO have electicity!) I'd love to hear from any of you that may remember me. (The rather dorky one with all those curls). Anyone interested in planning a reunion???
