Lavina's Story
Life
So how does one condense 45 years into 3000 characters. Here goes.....My life has been a journey upon which I had a tremendous amount of experiences. Haven't we all? I am now enjoying living on the Island "Victoria, BC". I have travelled, seriously extensively sailed the ocean for (9) years-not a Sunday sailor, started a business, married, divorced 2X, single again (decided to put marriage on "pause" (unfortunately in that regard, we can not rewind and start over again) and I am just on the threshold of retirement. I do travel back to Regina now and then and visit my parents. I have 2 daughters and 3 grandsons 1 grandaughter. the corridor to make way for the new generation of the class of year 2000+, was a cheerleader and academically I should have focused more and disciplined myself to do my homework, so I never realized my potential, that came later in life after I graduated. Attended Regina College for 2 years, then interrupted pursuing ballet career and changed my plans to marriage. I was a part of a predictable 50's generation pattern. Right now I am still in the work force and my interest still involve dancing (Ballroom) that is for as long as my body will allow, try to stay in condition (whatever my condition is)??? Anyway, it is fun to look back and perhaps touch base with an old school chum from Martin Collegiate and hear their life story, however, hopefully not limited to 3000 characters.
