Ennis's Story
After graduation in 1972, I worked at the hospital in Plainview, then called Central Plains, until March 1973, I then joined the Army. Did Basic Training at Ft. Ord, CA. for 4 mos. Came home and married my high school sweetheart, Marilyn Mull, in Aug. 1973.
Served at Ft. Sill, OK. and Germany.
Got out of the Army in 1976. Worked with my Dad as a carpenter for a few years. My Dad died in 1986.
Since then, I've done different things.

SD and Laidlaw for 14 yrs. as a Bus Driver and a Mechanic. I was also a Correctional Officer for TDCJ, until 2005, I went into depression after the loss of our son Greg. Moved to Oklahoma in 2006, our daughter and her family live here, because we couldn't stand not having children around, we have 2 grandchildren.
In Oct. 2006, I had my 6th heartattack, I also have Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease and only 1 kidney, so that put me into early retirement.
