Eric's Story
Friends-
It's been a long time.
After 8 years in the Navy as a submarine sonarman and ships diver, I finally found what I really wanted to do as a Firefighter in Virginia Beach, VA. As with most things in my life, I started my career at a late age. I've been doing this for 11+ years now, and I love my job.

own, so I'm glad I have them. I spend much of my free time watching their soccer, baseball, and basketball games! I love being an uncle. It's a job I'd highly recommend- unless you think you'd be a better aunt.
My free time is spent biking (on and off road), surfing (VB HAS NO SURF!), sailing, kayaking and canoeing, rock climbing... It seems like my recreation life hasn't changed, only the cost, and coast I recreate on.
