Eric Field:  

I have posted this profile in honor of my Beloved brother Eric Field (class of 1971)who passed away in the year 2000. I know that if Classmates.com was up and running then, he would have loved to have joined, to try and track down old friends. I know he was trying to find some of his old friends before he died suddenly at the age of 47 of a heart attack. My brother was a very unique person. Life was always very rough on him but he managed to make the best of it while he was here. He joined the Army in 1972 (Viet Nam era-tail-end) and was honorably discharged in 1979. He was an Airborne Ranger/Paratrooper. I alway admired him for jumping out of airplanes. After being beaten up by bullies when he was a child, he grew up to become a very strong, courageous and brave man. After leaving the Army, it was difficult for him to settle down.
