Eric's Story
Life
Write a Bio, huh????
Well I paid the money I might as well write something.
I live in Los Angeles, I'm married, have no kids but 2 cats and a dog.
.....I'll write more later.
College
I took Life Drawing classes for fun, then decide to go to Graphic Art school (it was a 6 month course).
I finished the class but when it came time to intern......well, read my "workplace" Bio and you'll understand.
Workplace
I'm an Animator and that means I sit at my desk and draw cartoons over and over and over and over and over.
If you don't remember me from school that's because I dropped out in 11th grade, started working at a Title Insurance Company, went to Graphic Art School but at the age of 19 started working in Animation.
I worked on the 1st- 4th Seasons (Freelanced on the 5th-8th) of The Simpsons then left...Expand for more
to work on a show called The Critic, helped out on King of the Hill (well I worked for a month to help out) then I went to Disney and worked on a show called Recess. I left Disney to work on Futurama for 2 Seasons (the first doing Character Design and the Second doing Storyboards) and then by some sick twist of fate ended back up on the Simpsons.... it's the show that won't die.
So, right now I'm working on the Simpsons TV show and the Simpsons Movie at the same time so needless to say I'm having nightmares about big yellow monsters with overbites whipping me to try and get me to draw faster (not really but it feels that way).
Oh.....and if you have the new "Live in the Tragic Kingdom" DVD by the band No Doubt, you'll see a 35 min bonus featurette of my Home Movies that I shot and edited but that's another story.
