Life
Well, it's 2006 now. Alot of time has gone by... I took a break from the restaurant after leaving the Beach Grille in the Shores, being thier temporary Chef there for 8 months at 80 hours a week was just too much. Currently, I am working for a growing Produce Company as the assistant to the Operations Manager/Owner. Good job, hate the hours though, but I have had alot of opportunities here along with steady growth of my responsibilities and the company and possibly a career oportunity I didn't think I would be in. ally good business at Via Nove Restaurant in Ferndale..I personally have yet to taste the food but have heard a very many great things about the restaurant. I recently bought a house, with help from Joel Ventimeglia, he did a great job helping me secure a loan. Any one looking let me know I'll put you through to Joel.
