Eric's Story
Life
Time fly's when your having fun huh? Yeah for me time has FLOWN... I have had my share of Ups and Downs since High School but mostly life has been Wondeful!!! I've been here and there around the world on many vacations over the years and I have a deep appreciation for the United States and our way of life. I wish more U.S Citizens would travel abroad and see what I have seen and not complain or blame their failures on this country. I've grown as a person from these travels and alot of my success is due to the fact that I realized early that we have so many opportunities to strive and grow here. We have so many opportunities to Change things and make a Real Difference through people in our Circles. Through my job I have tried to make a difference helping people acquire the American Dream of Home ownership and over coming adversity. No other country gives it Citizens this kind of power. Help others and Help comes back to you in its many forms.
I've been married since 1995 and met my beautiful wife Anita, in 1992. She is Persian and stunning to view. A Middle Eastern Princess if you know what I mean. Well, we enjoyed each others company being yes SELFISH and waited quite awhile to have our two children, Savannah and Christopher. We had our first in 2001 and our second in 2005. A girl and boy. It was scary at first for me even to contemplate on being a dad. To let go of that "Lets go anywhere" and "Lets do anything" lifestyle to have KIDS! Well, when I saw my first born arrive, Savannah. It was like a light switch turned on in my head and being a Father suddenly became so natural, everything was so clear, and my Life became so much more meaningful, so much more beautiful. I love being a Husband and a Father, I get to have fun being a kid again while playing with our children, seeing things for the first time through their eyes. The world is so amazing, even the simplist and smallest of things when seen for the first time by my ch...Expand for more
ildren and explaining how, what and why is a constant reminder of how wonderful a place we live and why we live. Those of you that knew me always said I acted like a big kid. Well, HERE's My Chance to really not disapoint you. My wife laughs at me while I play and hang out so naturally with our kids. Have you seen those new modern toys? Wow! kids have some cool toys these days not to mention the Computer Games hahaha... On the other side of being a father it sure is funny how you begin to sound like your parents when times require some dicipline and structure. I hear my mother's voice time and time again. I see myself from long ago in our two children and I laugh with my mother about what I put her through. My mother laughs more as she says you haven't seen nothing yet!!!
To quote Forrest Gump "Life is Like a Box of Chocolates, you Never know what your gonna get." Now that is so True... You go to school to do one thing and end up doing something entirely different, you think your going to marry one person and end up with someone entirely different. Having Kids, You can have a significant impact and try to shape, guide and nurture them in life but they have and are their own spirit.
My life has been full of these nice suprises, some more or less than others. Opportunity knocked and I answered the door. Im very happy with my life so far. Now that Im older my life isn't lived so much by the seat of my pants anymore. But then, when I was younger I had plans too! Hahahaha. Whatever- as long as the path is right and you go in the right direction life tastes good!
My family and I reside in Solano County California, we have a beautiful house and I finally purchased that Dream car for myself a Black 2006 Corvette. Every dad needs his own TOY, its that little boy in us wanting STUFF you know!!! For those of you that knew me then, your right! I still love Fast Cars!!! and my sense of humor is still you know. Off the wall and always will be.
