Eric's Story
I was cruzin on my motorcycle when I spotted an old Harley sitting up on a trailer at a gas station in Pismo Beach. It was an old panhead springer. Looked kinda ridden hard and put away wet. Anyway I stopped and chatted with the old biker about his bike. His name was Popeye. He got that name back in prison, apparently he had big arms back, anyway I offere...Expand for more
d my 82 FLH as a trade. He lived in a trailer behind a mobile home park in a kind of storage area. It was pretty shady. After about 20 minutes of trying, he got the old panhead started. We did the trade. That was 20 years ago. I'm only telling this particular story because my old panhead is on the market. Soon she'll be gone and only a story will remain.
