Eric's Story
Life
i was married for 9 years. after a lot of trying, that ended in divorce. But, that's not the end! I was able to meet another woman soon after that. She is my wife now! I finally know what it is like to be married to my best friend. (and be able to sleep with her too!) I have an amazing child from the previous marriage. Contrary to what you may believe, she is the greatest child in the universe. We are also privileged to have living with us - Chobie the Wonderdog!
i still play music-i won't ever be able to stop unless i am forced to somehow. i have added a few more instruments and musical styles to my repertoire. (i found out that old country/bluegrass aren't that bad. Mr Metzger was right! i have also played in ...Expand for more
hip hop and Black Gospel bands as well, and totally loved it!)
I now work as a therapist and case manager for Juvenile Justice and foster children. i am loving it! i am currently considering law school. It's likely i will go cause i can't stand wotking for people that do not know what they are doing. So, i'll work for myself and i'll be the ignorant moron i complain about!
College
I went to GVSU majoring in Sociology and Psychology. I had a focus on ethnic studies and theory. I also did did research with the Pluralism Project that coordinated with Harvard in mapping the country's religious pluralism/diversity.
Workplace
I work as a case manager/therapist for foster children and kids in a juvenile justice program.
