Eric's Story
I work at Liberty Mutual Insurance (formerly Safeco) in Seattle, WA and was just recently promoted to the position of Incident Manager. I have just returned from several days of training and meeting my new co-workers in New Hampshire. It should be an interesting transition but I truly do love my work. I love to be right in the middle of things and see problems through to a fix and this position will provide all of that and more.
