Erich's Story
After completing high school, Erich pursued his undergraduate studies at Central Washington University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation. This academic foundation catalyzed a long and fulfilling career in the field. In 2002, he advanced his education with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, subsequently serving in impactful school counseling roles across two K–8 institutions in the Denver metropolitan area.

Erich is passionate about hiking, travel, camping, sailing, and technology. He enjoys spending time with his cherished Airedales and embraces a vibrant family life alongside his spouse, two children, and two grandchildren.
