Erik's Story
I accepted Jesus as my savior and my life changed. I am interested in doing mission work and traveling around the world to further the word of God and helping those with building projects. I spent 9 years in the Army Reserve and Florida Army National Guard. It was great. The wildest thing I did in school was refinished some of the chairs in Room 7 and supplied them with 19 chairs in place of the ones damaged and beyond repair. My name is stamped in ink on the bottoms.
Met the love of my life a bit late, but, better late than never. Janna is her name and we have 2 children.
Check out my life on facebook.
Hope your days as you read this are filled with sunny days and showers of blessings from God.
I am not good at writing about myself.
But, there it is.
See ya in Florida some day.
Hope to connect via e-mail with friends.
God Bless you, your family, life, and future.
Erik & Janna & Family
My favorite way to relax is to start working on a repair project.
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have started with prayer, a clear mind, and a cup of coffee Janna made me to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
My hero's are my Father-in-Law and his dedication to the Word of God, Missionaries that dedicate their lives to further the word and work of The Lord so others can accept Him as Savior and keep out of Hell. Finally, my kids and wife are my hero for keeping me happy, and on the go with things we like.
Where have I lived?
Born in New Bedford, Ma. Lived in Bedford Indiana, Arvada, Co. Winter Haven, Auburndale, and Polk City, Florida. Fort Jackson, South Carolina, Fort Gordon, Georgia. Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Freetown, Massachusetts.
If I could improve my home, I'd remodel the garage and add on a sunken living room. My dream home would be Farmhouse style with wrap around porch on 5 acres with horses for my kids..
Patience is something learned, Don't forget the fact, you were that age and don't expect ...Expand for more
them to be your age now and deal with life as an adult. Be a kid when with your kids and do the things they like. Don't forget to show them lots of love and take them to churh with a good bible background.
Teachers I would love to see and why?
My science teacher Jim Porter, He was just a cool guy with collective thought and listened to you.
Many more, but, just can't put them all down right now. Also, my English Teacher in High School. Don't remember her name, but she was wonderful. Wish I could give her a big hug.
If I won $100 million, I'd give 10million of it to church, missions, Eumaus Baptist College in Brandon, Florida, then spend the rest on Family getting the out of debt, College for Luke & Leigha and FUN!!!!.
To truely be happy, I would be with Janna and the kids traveling often exploring what the USA has to offer.
Seeing I am truely a happy person in a reality way with my life the way it is, I don't want to feel gready or needy. I just want to have fun and help others along the way.
My current age is 41. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be Financially secure with a home of their dreams. I was so completely wrong for the most part.
My best friend would tell you I'm helpful and good parent, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as helpful and there when they need me mostly I guess. .
Mostly shorts and T-shirts now. Usually in uniform from work though.
I share my home with 4 cats, 5 fish,1 dog, which I find fun to watch.
In 10 years, I hope to be in a bigger home with land. I'm going to get there by smarter work, dilligence, and persistance..
My first job was at Acushnet Stripping and Refinishing Co. Annies Corner Antiques, where I got paid to refinsh antiques to someday take over the business. What I remember most about it is The fun with family owning it..
Fishing with my Mom wherever we would go, and learning from my brother as I grew.
