Erika's Story
While at Dixie, I did NOT live in a dorm; lived at home. When I attended Washington State U, I lived in the same dorm for 4 years, and the same room for 3 years. I LOVED IT! I met so many great people there! Met 3 of my exes in my dorm. BAD IDEA!!!
I did join the Greek System. I'm an alumna of the Alpha Delta Pi International sorority (Upsilon chapter). I'm glad I did it, especially when I was so hesitant to begin w/ after hearing HORROR stories about the Greeks. I've met SO many great girls in WA and across the country that I keep in conta...Expand for more
ct with. It's a bond we've forged forever. Plus, as an alumna, I can go to ANY chapter, to any college's homecoming and be welcomed. The house is always open. I have a "family" wherever I go. I never thought I'd be a sorority girl, but I just regret not doing it sooner in my college years!
ADPi was the VERY first sorority in the entire world, and so our rituals are the most like fraternities. The other sororities thus somewhat based their rituals and traditions after us. Our philanthropy is the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Please donate!!!
